SHAPER and PROJECT MANAGER at Bikepark BIKE REPUBLIC SÖLDEN

• You speak German and/or English
• Bad weather and working outdoors are not a problem for you and you own weather- and waterproof clothing as well as work/safety shoes
• You have manual skills, and you are talented with craftsmanship
• We appreciate your passion for bike sports, but you can also be a newbie in this field; experience with maintenance of trails is a prerequisite for the project manager position, but not for shapers

• Typical Shapers’ work (shaping, axes, etc.)
• Mowing embankments
• Putting up fences
• Working at wood constructions, maybe basic forestry work

• Detection of potential and already existing problematic spots in trails and implementation and realization of measures
• Leading a team of 3 shapers
• Experience with trail building and maintenance

• 5 days work, 2 days off, 40 hours/week (on working days you are on the mountain by car, days off can be used for biking)
• Duration: from August 9th for 2-4 weeks
• Accommodation is offered
• Daily pick up for working at accommodation and transfer to the bikepark
