As a Shaper, you take care of the projects and guarantee high quality standards throughout the season. The main part of the job is without doubt the daily shaping work with shape tool and muscle power. With your work, you make sure that your facility offers fun and safety to all skiing and snowboarding guests.

• Term of employment: December – April (season-dependent)
• Working hours: 20-25 hours per week
• Salary: €7.- gross wage per hour
• Additional benefits (for free): Accommodation, season ticket for your area, outerwear (pants, jacket, helmet, gloves) – for the time of the employment.
• Insurance: Non-EU citizens will also be insured for the time they work for us.

• With your effort you ensure the quality of the facility.
• You are the first one on the mountain and prepare the facility/facilities for sportsmen and –women.
• With the reshape at the end of the day you ensure the safety for the visitors.
• You support our marketing & event team from our Headquarter in Graz at photo shootings and events.

• Skiing- or snowboarding skills are required.
• You are a team player and are willing to work in an international crew.
• You like being on the mountain, at any weather condition.
• Punctuality is very important to you.
