Experienced snowcat operators are clearly the main actors when it comes to building a park. For this job, dexterity and precision are required. Together with the park designer, you define the layout and are directly involved in all decisions since, after all, your skills determine success or failure of the park. Your shape tool is the snowcat.

Key data

  • Term of employment: December – April (season-dependent)
  • Working hours: 40 hours / week
  • Salary:  3.700 CHF gross based on 40 hours for approx. 4 months (season-dependent); Overpayment with appropriate qualifications and experience
  • Total wage for the season (approximately 17 weeks): 14.700 CHF
  • Additional benefits (for free): Accommodation, season ticket for your area, outerwear (pants, jacket, helmet, gloves) – for the time of the employment.

Your Tasks

  • With your effort you ensure the quality of the facility.
  • Together with the shape crew, you do a very important part of the build up and the maintenance of the snowpark in a well-known ski resort in Switzerland.
  • Your skills are needed to offer all visitors of the facility/facilities the maximum of fun.

Your Skills

  • You speak German fluently and are able to express yourself in English as well.
  • You have experience as a snow cat operator in a snow park.
  • You like to take responsibility and are able to work independently.
  • You are able to cater for the specific needs and wishes of our customers and can react to any change in the weather.
  • You have a driver's license and your own car.
